Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription Management

Mentrion subscriptions are flexible and can be managed at any time through your customer account. You may pause or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Cancellations made after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to future orders only.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in one of the following ways:

  • Log into your Mentrion account and manage your subscription directly, or

  • Contact our support team at support@mentrion.com with your order details

Refunds

  • Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed or shipped.

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used products.

  • If you experience an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process payment again. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled automatically until updated payment details are provided.

Mentrion reserves the right to update or modify this subscription policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription orders and will be posted on this page.
