Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, only unopened and unused items may be eligible for return. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mentrion.ca with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, as well as items damaged due to misuse or improper handling, are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund when applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
